Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Reduced flat shipping fee of $9.95 for the first pair and $4.50 for every additional pair. Promotional items such as Closeouts, BOGO or Factory Seconds may be removed from their original box and packed in polybags to save on shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
  • 30 Day Returns
  • Return labels are $12.95 per order and are emailed to you. This label fee is deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date. Holiday periods (11/1 - 1/1), this period is extended to 60 days
  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags
  • All packaging including the original box should be included
  • After you initiate a return and your return is approved, you'll receive an email with a link to print a prepaid return-shipping label
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping fees you may have paid on your order
  • Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company
  • **Please note that if you used a discount on an order, and by returning part of the order you fall below the required threshold to qualify for that discount, we will adjust your refund accordingly - Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this point**

Additional FAQ

Can I use my shipping carrier to send the item back? 

Yes, if you don't use the return label, you won't be charged a label fee. You can print the label we send you and use the same address printed on it to ship your item using your carrier of choice. Please include a copy of your order or invoice. Just keep in mind that we are not responsible for damage to your package while in transit, so save your tracking number.

Will I be refunded for shipping charges? 

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your original order.

Why haven't I seen my refund applied to my credit card? 
While we may have received your item and processed your refund, credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.

How do I return an item that is defective or different from what I ordered?
