All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must be in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Original box and packaging included
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Shoes worn outside or on hard surfaces
  • Items with dirt, scuffs, scratches, or creasing
  • Items with any signs of wear that prevent resale as new
  • Missing tags, boxes, or packaging materials

  1. Pay return shipping to have the item(s) sent back to you, OR
  2. Allow us to donate or dispose of the item(s) at no charge to you
